GLASGOW – Usain Bolt described as "nonsense" comments attributed to him about the Commonwealth Games.

The Times newspaper quoted the Olympic 100m champion as saying he was "not really" having fun in Glasgow.

According to the newspaper, Bolt also said the London Olympics had been better.

However, Bolt said on Twitter page, earlier Wednesday said: "I'm waking up to this nonsense.. journalist please don't create lies to make headlines".

But, in a quick response, BBC quoted the Times editor Angus Macleod as saying "We stand by this story 100%. We have utter confidence in this story." 

Ricky Simms, earlier told the BBC the newspaper allegations were "utter rubbish".
