CLEMSON, USA – Jamaicans Shermaine Williams, Leford Green and Natoya Goule were winners at the Orange and Purple Classic.

Williams won the women's 60m hurdles in 8.22secs ahead of Demeteria Edgecombe of East Tenn St. 8.66. 

Leford Green won the men's 400m dash in 48.62 ahead of South Carolina's Barry Methea 49.75. Natoya Goule topped the women's 400m in 54.78 ahead of Nia Fluker of Clemson 56.92.

Over at the Houston Opener, Trinidad´s Michelle Lee-Ahye won the women 60m in 7.23 (and faster 7.22 in heats). Second Tawanna Meadows 7.29 and third Jamaican 400m runner Patricia Hall 7.49. Had later won the 400m in 55.00.

Leshon Collins, 20yr, won the open 60m in lifetime best 6.60 over experienced sprinters Trell Kimmons 6.62 and Ivory Williams 6.68 (6.66 in heats).
