Jamaican sprint legend Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce will run the 100m at this Sunday’s 12th Kamila Skolimowska Memorial, a World Athletics Continental Tour Gold meet, in Chorzow, Poland.

World champion and Olympic Games silver medallist Fraser-Pryce could be the first sprinter to run the first-ever sub 11 at the meet.

Tokyo 2020 bronze medallist Shericka Jackson will be Fraser-Pryce’s main rival at the meet.

Mujinga Kambundji, Michelle-Lee Ahye, Brits Imani Lansiquot and Darryl Neita will also contest the event.

In the 400m, Jamaicans Candice McLeod and Roneisha McGregor will go up against Olympics silver winner Marileidy Paulino. The fastest European of 2021, Jodie Williams, is also there.

The 400m hurdles will have Olympic finals, position 4-6 with Janieve Russell, Anna Ryzhykova and Viktoriya Tkachuk against in-shape Jessie Knight.

Another Briton, Jemma Reekie, hopes in 1000m to attack the World lead of 2:34.71 of Mary Moraa, who will also run.

US Christina Clemons, Sharika Nelvis, Nigerian Tobi Amusan and European champion Elvira Herman will face home favourite Klaudia Siciarz in the 100m hurdles.

European indoor champion and Olympic fourth placer Auriol Dongmo leads women shot put. In the javelin, Olympic silver winner Maria Andrejczyk and bronze winner Kelsey-Lee Barber will clash.

In the hammer, silver winner from Tokyo 2020, Malwina Kopron, against fourth-placed French record holder Alexandra Tavernier.
