Next year’s Commonwealth Youth Games, due to be held on 1-7 August in Trinidad & Tobago, will be rescheduled.

Due to the pandemic, the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics have been scheduled at the same time as the Commonwealth event.

The Commonwealth Games Federation has given Trinidad and Tobago Commonwealth Games Association the first option to host the rescheduled event, potentially in 2023.
