Calabar dominated the big boys 4x100m finals at the 39th Gibson McCook Relays at the National Stadium in Kingston on Saturday.

Calabar, with Michael O’Hara on backstretch and Edward Clarke leadoff, stormed to victory in a record 39.32 seconds, beating the previous mark of 39.61 set in 2014.

St. Jago with Nathon Allen, Raheem Chambers, and Ivan Henry finished second in 39.80 and Wolmer’s 40.30.

 In Class 2, Clabar again outclassed the field to win in 40.86 ahead of Kingston College (KC) 41.42 and Jamaica College (JC) 41.72.

KC, which pulled out of Class 1, took classes 3 and 4.

 KC won Class 3 in 43.09, ahead of Jago 43.12, JC 43.51, and Wolmer's 44.09

In Class 4, KC topped the field in 44.44 ahead of Jago 46.12, Calabar 46.21, Wolmer's 47.05
