Brittney Reese tops sprint events in Canada
SASKATOON, Canada (eme news) - Long jump world champion Brittney Reese both 50m and 60m races at the Knights of Columbus indoor meetings.

Her 7.24, on Friday, means that she equaled her best from last year. On Thursday, she ran 6.23 to beat Canadian Miana Griffiths 6.27.
In the men's 60m Sam Effah beat Justyn Warner in close race, both were timed with 6.63. Briton Tyrone Edgar was fourth (6.72).
In the women 60m hurdles new meet record for Daegu finalist Phylicia George 8.06 (also PB) ahead of Nigerian Seun Adigun (8.19). Jamaican Andrea Bliss did 8.57 to finish 6th.
