WACO, USA -Jamaican Asafa Powell won the 200m at Michael Johnson Invitational on Saturday. Powell topped the field in 20.51 (+0.1) in his first race at the distance since 2011.

Diondre Batson 20.55 and Joe Morris 20.61 were second and third respectively.

In women’s 100m, Michelle-Lee Ahye won with 11.13 (-0.3m/s wind) but lost in the 200m after running 23.14 to Blessing Okagbare 22.82 (-0.3m/s).

Jamaican Patricia Hall ran 51.64 to finish behind Phyllis Francis 50.80 in the women’s 400m.

World indoor 60m champion Trayvon Bromell won the men’s 100m in 10.04 (-0.1m/s wind).

Jeremy Wariner won the 400m at home in 45.72 while Puerto Rican Javier Culson took the 400m hurdles 49.65.

In the college section, Wil London ran 45.28 to beat Kyle Collins 45.33 in the men’s 400m.

Texas A&M clocked 3:02.96 in the 4x400m and Chase Wolfle cleared 5.65m in the pole vault for a personal best.
