Usain Bolt’s Racers team was beaten by University of Technology (UTech) in the most highly anticipated final at the 39th Gibson McCook Relays at the National Stadium in Kingston on Saturday.

UTech's Julian Forte on backstretch outclassed Kemar Bailey-Cole for Racers, for Kemarley Brown to hold off Warren Weir.

Brown handed Tyqundo Tracey a nice lead, which Bolt could not get back.

Andrew Fisher started for UTech and Mario Forsythe for Racers.

Utech won in 38.23 over Racers Lions 38.29 and Akan 39.59.

Bolt expressed mix feelings after the final, saying “feels good to be back on the track, but disappointed we didn’t win.”
