HOUSTON: Clayton Vaughn won the 60m at Leonard Hilton Invitational in new PB and World leading 6.54. Americans Trell Kimmons 6.57 andMike Rodgers 6.59 were second and third respectively.

Antigua's Daniel Bailey 6.60m was fourth while St. Kitts and Nevis' Antoine Adams, who was the fastest in the heats with 6.63, finished sixth overall in 6.65.

In the women 60m, Trinidad and Tobago´s sub 11 sprinter Michelle-Lee Ahye clocked 7.34 to win over Laverne Jones-Ferrette of US Virgin Islands 7.41 (but 7.37 in heats).

Nigerian quartermiler Regina George improved her 800m indoor best to 2:07.28 and Funmi Jimoh leaped to 658 in the long jump.
